This policy covers the fawzaynigroup.com website only. Each of our products (FayPass, etc.) has its own privacy policy, available from its page.

Data we collect
Contact form. When you write to us, we receive your name, email address, project type, budget range and message. We use them only to reply to you and prepare a possible proposal.
Bot protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals from your browser to tell humans from bots.
Technical data. Our host (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and technical connection information to serve pages and protect the website.
Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
We use no advertising cookies and no audience analytics.

These providers may process data outside Senegal. We never sell or rent your data.
Retention
Messages received through the form are kept for [period, e.g. 3 years] after our last exchange, unless a business relationship begins.
Your rights
Under Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on personal data protection, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@fawzaynigroup.com.
