FayPass — Terms of use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms are a draft to be validated. Items in brackets must be completed, and the whole text reviewed by a legal professional before publication. The French version prevails.

1. Purpose

FayPass, published by Fawzayni Group, lets travellers book and pay for transport tickets with partner companies, and lets companies manage their trips with FayPass Pro. By using FayPass, you accept these terms.

2. FayPass’s role

FayPass is a booking platform. Transport is provided by the company named on your ticket, which alone is responsible for running the trip (schedule, vehicle, safety, luggage).

3. Account

You create an account with your phone number and a PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for actions taken with your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.

4. Booking and payment

  • The price shown at booking is the price paid, fees included: [specify any service fees].
  • Payment is made via Wave. The booking is confirmed once payment is received.
  • Tickets are personal and valid only for the trip, date and seat shown.

5. Boarding

Show your ticket’s QR code to the company agent. A ticket already scanned cannot be reused. [Specify: how early to arrive before departure, ID required.]

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancellation by the traveller: [conditions, deadlines and amount refunded].
  • Trip cancelled by the company: you are refunded in full.
  • Refunds are paid to the Wave account used for payment within [period].

7. FayPass Pro (companies)

Companies agree to provide accurate information (trips, schedules, prices, vehicles), honour tickets sold and use traveller data only to run trips. Revenue is paid out under the contract signed with Fawzayni Group.

8. Prohibited use

Ticket or payment fraud, using someone else’s account and disrupting the service are prohibited. We may suspend an account in case of breach.

9. Liability

Fawzayni Group does its best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. It is not liable for running the transport, which is the company’s responsibility.

10. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your booking.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Dakar have jurisdiction.
